WE’RE HIRING | Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Manager
Are you the senior, hands-on operator who can turn Meta campaigns into better-qualified mortgage and property-finance enquiries and booked appointments?
SM Finance is looking for someone to own:
✅ Facebook and Instagram advertising
✅ Landing pages and lead forms
✅ CRM integration, routing and follow-up
✅ Tracking, retargeting and attribution
✅ Campaign testing and optimisation
✅ Basic content coordination
✅ Weekly performance reporting
This is a marketing and lead-generation role: not an FCA-regulated mortgage-adviser role. You will not provide regulated mortgage advice or promise mortgage approval, rates or outcomes.
We need someone who can work across the full funnel, explain the numbers clearly and improve lead quality responsibly. Experience in mortgages, finance, property, insurance or another regulated sector is a bonus.
Hybrid/remote options, salary and bonus structure will be confirmed by management based on experience and final approval.
