🎉 DECISION IN PRINCIPLE ISSUED! 🎉

Speed was key on this one! ⚡️ My client had an offer ready to submit with the estate agent, so we needed to move quickly to make sure they didn’t miss out on the property.

I saw them today, received all the required documents and had their Decision in Principle issued within the hour! 🙌🏡

Now it’s over to the estate agent… 🤞🏼 fingers crossed their offer gets accepted! 🏠🔑

I’ve been a very busy bee this month and I’m so pleased to say it’s been my busiest month so far since starting! 🥳
