Happy rainy Tuesday everyone… said no one! 😂☔️

Could be worse though – you could have just dropped your car off for its MOT, so please pray for me! 🙏🚗 I have every faith in my little Mini… but we’ll see! 😅

Anyway, it’s a busy day ahead. I’ve got two Decision in Principles to complete as soon as my clients send over the remaining documents, and then I’ll be doing some sales chasing on my clients’ purchases and remortgages to make sure everything is progressing smoothly. MY FIRST REVIEW! ✨🙌🏻

As most of you know, it can take months for properties to complete, including remortgages… and today is the day I’ve had my very first completion!

I qualified in December and started in January. Some may see that as a short time or even a challenge, but for me it’s been a huge positive. I’m learning every single day, building experience, and soaking up as much knowledge as I can along the way.

This is just the beginning, and I’m proud of the progress so far. Proof is starting to come through ✨

The dog still needed his walk, the kids still needed breakfast, and we were already running late… so we combined all three! 😅

This morning’s dog walk turned into breakfast on the go, with little hands holding snacks, the dog leading the way, and everyone trying to keep up. Not exactly a calm start to the day, but sometimes you just have to make it work!

What a busy day today! ✨🙌🏻

I managed to issue three Decisions in Principle on the same day, which I’m really pleased with 🎉, especially as some of the cases involved quite complex circumstances 🧩.

I’ve still got a few more cases to research later, and again, some of them are quite complex 🔍, but it’s simply a case of carrying out the research, finding the answers, and working through them one step at a time 💪📚.

A productive start to the week and plenty achieved already! 🚀
