The system is currently supporting significant loads from the first-floor slab while new steelwork is being installed — a critical phase requiring precision and care.

Cleverly designed, as always, by Crafter Engineering, and expertly supplied and installed by our contracts team.

When your Slimshore scheme calls for serious holding-down power — and standard solutions won’t cut it — we deliver bespoke solutions.

Designed by Crafter Engineering, these specialist components were built from scratch in our in-house fabrication workshop and weld-tested to specification.

Our contracts team then installed the system using Hilti resin and grout, combined with high-strength tie bars, before completing a positive pull test ahead of handover by our in-house Temporary Works Coordinator.

Another technically demanding project delivered with precision from start to finish.

He’s already achieved his Gold Supervisor accreditation and Slinger/Signaller qualification, and is now working towards his Steel Erector/Rigger tickets.
