KnowU Wellbeing Check-Ins are now available at Riverside Reformer Pilates in Gorleston.

Starting from just £39, check-ins can include blood pressure, weight, waist measurement, diabetes risk assessment and a relaxed conversation about your health and wellbeing.

Some people choose a one-off appointment to understand their numbers and gain clarity.

Others prefer regular check-ins to help stay accountable and monitor progress over time.

There is no commitment and no one-size-fits-all approach. Together we can explore what works best for you.

No pressure. No judgement. Just an opportunity to focus on you. 🌿

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for last night’s Dads Together event!

We’re so grateful to Dadsnet, everyone who came along, those who helped out, and a special thanks to The Bakehouse GY for hosting us and letting us use their venue.
