🧡TOGETHER WE THRIVE 2026 — THANK YOU 🧡
And just like that… Together We Thrive 2026 has happened.
What started as an idea to bring our community together became something much bigger than we could have imagined.
We want to say a huge thank you to every single person, organisation, community group, partner, volunteer and supporter who helped make the day what it was.
To every organisation that gave up their Sunday to be there, thank you.
You brought your knowledge, experience, support, activities and conversations to Caister and gave people the opportunity to discover what is available within our local community, all in one place.
That was the whole reason we created Together We Thrive.
To our three amazing food vendors, Kirsty's Cakery, Zaket Potato and Juicy Lucy's, thank you for being part of the day and for embracing the wellbeing ethos of the event by offering healthier alternatives for visitors.
🟠To Tesco Caister-on-Sea, thank you for your incredibly generous financial contribution.
Your support allowed us to purchase a gazebo and a range of children's activities for the event. On such a hot day, having somewhere for children to get some shade while still being able to play, have fun and enjoy themselves made a real difference.
⚫To Walk & Talk EA, thank you for lending us activities and, of course, your giant inflatable Walk & Talk games. They were brilliant, and judging by the amount of people using them, they weren't just popular with the kids!
🟠To Mandalay Wellbeing CIC, thank you for providing us with a large number of tables. It might sound like a small thing, but without them, the event simply couldn't have operated in the way it did. Your support helped make the whole site possible.
⚫To Caister Gladiators U16s Football Club, thank you for providing equipment for us to use on the day.
🟠To Rabbit Hutch, thank you for being our venue partner and for everything you did to help make the event possible.
⚫To the Eat Well & Thrive Project, thank you for funding part of the day and for supporting us behind the scenes to make sure we had what we needed to deliver the event as well as we possibly could.
🟠To Great Yarmouth Unity Project (GYUP), thank you for supporting Lonely Llama with Together We Thrive and for helping bring organisations together around the event.
⚫A huge thank you to all of our stage acts who gave their time and talent to be part of Together We Thrive. Thank you for helping bring the stage to life and giving everyone something to enjoy throughout the day.
🟠And of course, a massive thank you to Nevv and the team at Harbour Radio for providing the audio for the performances and the sound for the whole event. Your support helped everything run smoothly and made such a difference to the day.
And to everyone who helped behind the scenes, whether your contribution was visible on the day or not, thank you.
A special thank you also goes to the Mayor for visiting Together We Thrive. It was a real pleasure to have the opportunity to meet and chat with you during the day.
We'd also like to thank everyone who captured the day through photographs. Some of the photos we're sharing were provided by visitors and guests who attended, alongside photographs taken by GYUP photographer Philip Williams.
But there is one group of people who deserve a HUGE thank you…

You worked your socks off.
From the preparation and set up, through to helping organisations, supporting visitors, answering questions, solving problems, keeping things moving and staying out in the heat throughout the day, you gave your time to make sure everyone involved had the best day possible.
We know how much work went into it.
Now you all deserve a very well earned day to put your feet up and do absolutely nothing!
Thank you. Honestly.
Together We Thrive was our first event of this size.
And for us, the measure of success was never going to be how many people walked through the gates.
If just one person came along, had a conversation that they needed, discovered something they didn't know existed, found support, met someone new, or simply left feeling a little better than when they arrived…
Then the day was worthwhile.
After some of the conversations we've had since the event and the feedback we've received, we can say that Together We Thrive 2026 was a success.
A very real success.
This was a day built around a simple idea, that our community has so much to offer when we bring everything together.
And that's exactly what happened.
