Ben Thompson, Deputy CEO, Mortgage Advice Bureau, said: “2024 has started positively for the mortgage market, with rate cuts from lenders prompting a surge of activity. There are now many competitive rates available, especially when compared to this time last year.

A lovely thank you gift for our financial advisers Graham Roberts-Hunt and Chris Perryment, from a long standing client relationship that goes back almost 30 years, soon after we first opened when Anne Roberts-Hunt did her first mortgage and she is now on her fourth property and many mortgages later!
