You can’t fake caring.
I say it all the time because it’s true—and people notice.
Got a message this week from someone I helped recently. I gave them honest advice, even though it meant telling them to stick with a policy from another provider. No angle. No sales pitch. Just what was best for them.
They took the time to thank me for that.
And honestly, that means more to me than any deal.
Because for me, if the client is safe, that’s a win. Simple as that.
I’m not in this to squeeze short-term gains—I’m in it to build real trust, long-term.
That’s what I’ll always stand by.
