Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Regional Representative / Country Representative to strengthen our customer relationships and drive sales growth in your assigned region. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping us deliver exceptional service while identifying new business opportunities. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for client engagement and market analysis, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

● Build and nurture strong relationships with regional clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
● Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
● Analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements and identify new sales opportunities.
● Deliver outstanding customer support by promptly addressing client needs and resolving issues.
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that meet regional targets.
● Manage cash transactions accurately (if applicable), following company policies.
● Use office software to record customer interactions, schedule meetings, and report on sales performance.
● Communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels (phone, email, messaging platforms).

Qualifications:

● Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role; call center experience is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
● Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions that enhance sales outcomes.
● Strong multitasking and typing skills in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience handling cash transactions is advantageous.
