41 INTERNATIONAL is the Association of (currently) 38 Clubs throughout the world.

The main objects of 41 INTERNATIONAL are to maintain at international level contacts between clubs and their members throughout the world and to maintain the bonds of friendship which unite all Ex-Tablers. 41 INTERNATIONAL has approximately 50,000 individual members.

Back to the Roots – Where It All Began!
Sometimes, it's amazing to see how things develop over the years!
Back in 2015/2016, Fabian Engler was District 7 President, with Robert Lerch as his Vice President. From 2017 to 2019, Robert then took over as District President himself.

And today? Robert Lerch is President of 41 INTERNATIONAL, while Fabian Engler is celebrating his 11th year as IT Manager of 41 INTERNATIONAL. What started as working together at district level has grown into international involvement – and, even more importantly, a close friendship!

Today, both returned to their roots for the Side-by-Side District Meeting in Wiesbaden, bringing together Round Table, Ladies’ Circle, Agora Club, Tangent Club and Old Tablers.

A perfectly organised meeting that started with a joint programme, followed by short workshops, interesting conversations and a lively exchange of ideas among members of the Round Table Family.

After a delicious break with Currywurst and fries, the four participating Family associations continued with their separate meetings.

Robert Lerch, President of 41 INTERNATIONAL, shared insights into his international work, the House of Excellence and the long-term strategic direction of 41 INTERNATIONAL.

Andreas Lange provided updates on current topics within Old Tablers Germany (OTD), particularly the motions for the upcoming HYM. This led to lively and valuable discussions, with plenty of interesting ideas and different perspectives.

All in all, a fantastic and very well-attended D7 District Meeting, once again demonstrating the importance of personal connections, exchanging ideas and working together within the Round Table Family.

It was also a wonderful opportunity to look back at shared beginnings, celebrate lasting friendships and see how much has developed over the years.

Stronger Together – a fantastic example of Side by Side!
A huge congratulations and thank you to Jill Harris, IPP Tangent Club International, for her wonderful “Pin It On” campaign!
Throughout her years as Vice President and President of Tangent Club International, Jill collected, sold and auctioned pins and coins with fantastic support from friends across the Round Table Family – including many members of 41 INTERNATIONAL.

The result is amazing: €3,005 raised!

Each of the five Round Table Family Associations will receive €601 to support a charity of their choice. In addition, Jill has already donated extra pins and coins to 11 charity campaigns within our Family – with more still to come.

The idea behind the campaign is just as important as the amount raised: to show what is possible when our five Associations work together, support each other and turn friendship into action.

Thank you, Jill, for this wonderful initiative – and thank you to everyone from 41 INTERNATIONAL who supported the campaign by buying pins, joining the auctions and helping to make it such a success.

WHAT A HYM – WHAT A WEEKEND!
The joint HYM of 41 INTERNATIONAL and Tangent Club International has safely returned to harbour – and what an unforgettable journey it has been!

Perfectly planned and organized by OTSF and TCSF, this very special HYM brought our international family with 41 INTERNATIONAL, Tangent Club and Agora Club together in a truly unique setting. A huge thank you to the entire Finnish team and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this weekend possible.

Our “Love Boat”, the Viking Gabriella, was certainly an unusual venue for an HYM – but an absolutely brilliant one. Helsinki, Stockholm and, for some of us, even Tallinn: for the first time, an HYM connected THREE European capitals in one long weekend.

On board, there was the perfect combination of productive meetings, important discussions and decisions for our joint future – together with friendship, laughter, celebrations and countless opportunities to connect across countries and associations.

This is what international friendship is all about: meeting old friends, making new ones, sharing ideas and creating memories together.

A very special HYM, a fantastic weekend and many new memories to take home. Thank you, Finland, for your wonderful hospitality and organization.

What a fantastic weekend in Rotterdam!
A true highlight was having the honor of addressing the audience at the 30th Anniversary and AGM of Agora Club International.

As President of 41 INTERNATIONAL, Robert was proud to represent our international 41 family and celebrate this special milestone together with so many friends from around the world.

Thank you, Agora Club International, for the warm welcome, the friendship, and a truly memorable event. Here’s to the next 30 years!

Side by Side in Piacenza
From 16–20 September 2026, 41 INTERNATIONAL President Robert Lerch represented our association at the joint RTI and LCI World Meeting in Piacenza. Around 1,700 Tablers and Circlers from 60 nations celebrated international friendship and cooperation.

A historic highlight was the signing of a joint Code of Conduct by all five international Round Table Family organisations – a strong commitment to shared values, mutual respect and a safe, welcoming international community.

Friendship and New Memories in South Africa
President Robert Lerch represented 41 INTERNATIONAL at the 56th AGM of the 41ers Association of Southern Africa in Badplaas. The international weekend combined friendship, fellowship and lively celebrations with a game drive, the traditional Braai, a Beach Party and an inspiring presentation by the participants of the YAP Tour South Africa 2026.

Congratulations to newly elected President Altus Delport and his Board! During the Gala Dinner, Gareth Gray-Browne received the International Presidential Medal of Honour for his dedication and valuable ideas for the association’s future.

Celebrating 25 Years of Club 41 Zambia

President Robert Lerch represented 41 INTERNATIONAL at the National AGM and 25th Anniversary celebrations of Club 41 Zambia in Siavonga. A memorable weekend on the shores of Lake Kariba brought together friends from across the Round Table Family and several countries.

During the celebrations, incoming President Elijah Witola received the International Presidential Medal of Honour for his dedication and vision for the future of Club 41 Zambia.

Congratulations to Club 41 Zambia on 25 remarkable years of friendship, fellowship and service!
