Complex High Net Worth Funding Solutions 💎

We recently financed a new Porsche Taycan for a high-net-worth client.

The client had recently relocated from the US to the UK, meaning there was no recent UK financial track record to rely on. As a result, the supplier of the Porsche had declined their finance application. We worked through the available overseas financials to evidence the net worth of the client and provide security for the lender.

Next, the client needed a new business bank account established. We referred them onto our friends at Hampden Bank. A special thanks to Ryan Beattie for meeting the client the following week and moving quickly to get the banking facility in place.

From there, we were able to finalise an offer for the client and secure an approval on stronger terms, despite the original decline.

A great of example of working together with trusted partners to find the right solution for clients.

🏍️ £260,000 Classic Motorcycle Collection Refinance

We were delighted to support a high-net-worth client with the refinance of a classic motorcycle collection valued at £260,000.

The facility was restructured onto an interest-only profile due to the appreciating nature of the assets, reducing monthly commitments while allowing the client to retain ownership of the collection and providing greater flexibility and control of their collection moving forward.

£410k Restructure Supporting Growth for Scottish Renewable Energy Business ♻️

We were delighted to support our client by completing a £410,000 refinance transaction, consolidating existing borrowing and releasing working capital back into the business to support its next phase of growth.

The transaction involved:
• Refinance of 10 assets, including 3 biomass systems.
• Consolidation of 4 existing finance agreements.
• Release of working capital back into the business.
• Significant reduction in monthly finance commitments.
• Completed from initial enquiry to payout in under two weeks.

Fantastic couple of days spending some time down in London with 🤝

Great to attend the Finance Connect Summer Awards and spend some time at UTB headquarters with the credit team.

June Round-Up ☀️

June has been a milestone month for Bryant & Bell, our busiest since launching the business and a fantastic way to round off the first half of the year.

A few highlights:
- 36 commercial vehicles funded.
- £410k refinance completed to consolidate existing finance agreements, reduce monthly repayments and inject working capital.
- Supported a client with the acquisition of a business by funding its commercial vehicle fleet.
- Supported a pre-revenue start-up with funding for its first director’s vehicle.
- Asset finance arranged for the installation of new golf signage at a local golf club.

We celebrated summer and the approach of our first year in business on Thursday, kindly hosted by our friends at .

A fun and relaxed evening spent with family, friends and clients who have supported and championed Bryant & Bell over the last 10 months.

When Cameron and Jack started the business back in August last year, they strived to build a business that clients enjoyed dealing with and that people would be proud to be associated with. To have a room full of the people that have contributed to that journey was both humbling and a reminder of how fortunate we have been with the support we’ve received along the way.

The first 10 months have exceeded all expectations and it was great to take an evening to reflect on what has been a fantastic start.

We recently completed a deal for a farming client who called on a Thursday evening needing a new Land Rover Defender in place ASAP for the following week.

Initial call Thursday evening.
Vehicle sourced Friday morning.
Finance approved same day.
Vehicle delivered to the farm the following Monday.

The client was delighted, and a great example of how efficiently things move when the right suppliers, funders and relationships are in place.
