Just received this lovely email from the agent for one of our properties. It is important to keep on top of your inspections to ensure your property investment remains at a high standard and tenants stay happy.

As your portfolio grows it becomes increasingly difficult to keep on top of everything so it’s important to have a great power time around you so you can focus on the high value tasks (finding the deals and finding the money).

Landlords sometimes get bad press and it’s often forgotten that most of us are in this game to provide good quality homes for tenants at affordable prices.
