We recently launched our DOA Leadership Programme! 📢

Run by the brilliant Tom Hines of Hinesight, this is a structured, purposeful investment in the people who lead DOA every day. Because when our leaders grow, our teams grow, and ultimately, so does the service we deliver to our brokers. 🤝

We say it often: DOA is Powered by People. This programme is proof of that in action.

Over the coming months, our leaders will work through a further 5 group sessions alongside regular one-to-one coaching sessions, building confidence, turning challenges into strengths, and developing what great leadership really looks like in practice. 🪴

A huge thank you to every DOA leader who showed up last week with open minds and a genuine hunger to grow. And to Tom, we're glad to have you in our corner.
