✨ SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA & SOUND CELEBRATION ✨

Join us in honouring the powerful energies of the Summer Solstice — the longest day of the year and a sacred time of light, expansion, abundance and renewal.
The solstice invites us to pause, reflect on how far we’ve come, and set intentions for the season ahead 🌞

🌿 Two Sessions Available
10am – 1pm
2pm – 5pm

£30 per session

Together we will:
✨ Arrive and ground into the Summer Solstice energies with intention setting
✨ Enjoy gentle, energising yoga and breathwork
✨ Sink into restorative practises and guided relaxation
✨ Finish with a delicious healing sound bath to nourish mind, body & soul

Working with Tibetan bowls, Crystal singing bowls and Biosonic Tuning Forks we will learn simple and effective techniques to restore and maintain better health and wellbeing.
