Remember the Peugeot 205 T16 from the 80s? Well… the name has been resurrected and stuck to an 805bhp hyper-hatch.

Precise tech details haven’t been disclosed but it’s understood to use a heavily upgraded version of the STLA One platform that the new e-208 is being built on.

Peugeot are saying that the e-T16 is only a concept for now but if enough people are interested, they could look at making it. Count us in Peugeot!

🎸 Cast your mind back to 1995. Oasis have just released their second album, (What’s the Story) Morning Glory? and had cemented themselves as one of the biggest bands around. Creation Records founder Alan McGee then famously gifted lead songwriter Noel Gallagher a chocolate brown Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow II, a car which Gallagher had talked owning as a sign that the band had ‘made it’. 🇬🇧

Now, is your chance to own that exact Silver Shadow when it goes under the hammer at Iconic Auctioneers Iconic Sale at the NEC Classic Car Show next month. Gallagher took ownership at a Christmas party in 1995 and kept the car until 2012, where it has been stored indoors ever since, maintained by an ex-Rolls-Royce mechanics and been professionally repainted, fitted with a new Everflex roof and new carpets. Within the documents, you’ll also find an old V5C stating Oasis Music, Mr Noel Gallagher along with his signature.

Some might say £30,000 isn’t much to pay for this piece of music and motoring royalty but miss out and could be looking back in anger.

Ahead of it's debut outing at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, Citroen has released a few teaser photos of the all-new 2CV. They're not giving too much away but we can see the iconic dome-shaped headlights are there, along with the deep lines down the bonnet.

Not long to wait to see the real thing, Citroen will be revealing all at 6pm this Sunday.

📺 The Reliant Regal that starred in 13 episodes of the iconic sitcom Only Fools and Horses between 1981 and 1982 is going to the block as part of Iconic Auctioneers’ Classic Sale in November at the Birmingham NEC. This van was one of six bought by the BBC and used in the famous episode when the Trotters smashed a priceless chandelier.

It’s estimated to fetch between £30,000 and £40,000 when the hammer falls, but that seems a bit low to us. How much do you think it’ll go for?

Gordini is back! 🔵⚪

Over 60 years after Renault launched the iconic 8 Gordini, the French brand has reimagined the cult-classic saloon as an all-electric coupe concept car.

You’ll find 19” wheels at the wrong and 20” at the back and under the bonnet, a 270bhp electric motor. Inside, you’ll find a motorsport inspired interior, with two bucket seats, aluminium dash, round digital dials and a rally-style footplate.

Unfortunately, Renault has confirmed that this is intended as a one-off which will eventually be displayed in their new museum in Flins, France – where the original 8 was manufactured. 🇫🇷

The original Gordini was something special, and we think they’ve done a top job recreating it. Hats off Renault.
