Meet Toby - Principal of Taylor James Financial Services!
He is married to Emma, with 2 children (Taylor aged 15, who the company is named after) and Ella aged 11, who is jealous that she doesn’t yet have a company named after her!
Toby has over 20 years’ experience within the Financial Services industry, and has been a qualified and practising financial adviser for over a decade.
Toby covers all areas of , including , , , and . He also has extensive knowledge and expertise of clients with complicated income streams, such as professional contractors, partners within LLPs, people who receive high bonus or commission payments and the self-employed. This allows him to provide tailor-made, bespoke advice, which is based on the individual’s specific circumstances and requirements.
In his spare time, Toby likes cooking as a way of unwinding, and actually trained as a chef before entering the world of financial services. One of his claims to fame is that he has cooked food for a senior member of the Royal Family and a British Prime Minister, both of whom lived to tell the tale!
Toby is also a very keen sportsman. Now that he has faced the realisation that his playing days are best described as being behind him, he has moved into coaching and is now the manager and coach of Whyteleafe FC under 16’s.
Toby is happy to meet with prospective clients, either in our London or Croydon offices, at their homes or work places, or even over a coffee at a time to suit them.
