Few properties let out over the last month. Sorry they haven’t been posted. I always ask the landlords for consent to post on social media and a couple declined and tenants already lined up. Always advertised via Open Rent which posts to the main property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.

Win or loose, they have played some great football but also brought some distraction to what has been a very strange 18 months! It’s been nice to see some else getting spoken about in the media, other than COVID.

Hopefully we will bring it home 🏆 so good luck England!

If you are either a landlord or tenant, it’s good to know what the responsibilities lie with each party.

For example, if a landlord required boiler cover and requested the tenant to cover this (cost reimbursed) and the tenant hadn’t sourced the cover, the landlord warned of not in place, (if/when any issue arise) the tenant will be responsible for the costs.

This is totally incorrect and is a landlord responsibility!!
