I received this beautiful gift from new clients who are first time buyers, they found their new build property on the 18th of March, application submitted on the 19th, mortgage offer received on the 25th with completion taking place on the 31st March, just in time to avoid the stamp duty changes that took effect on the 1st of April. The lender of choice was Virgin, who have been great from start to finish and of course a very hard-working solicitor, New Homes Law, Danielle Lomax. Congratulations to my clients I know they are delighted.
