Agile Developments Group is pleased to partner with RCM AUTOMOTIVE LTD and support their fleet customers and business partnerships.

The RCM Automotive claims app will help their fleet and business customers to report a collision or incident (FNoL) in-app or online quickly and easily with step-by-step guidance, capturing all the relevant claims data and vehicle damage assessment, reducing the time it takes to report a motor insurance claim. This enables RCM Automotive and its Insurer partners to speed up the claims process, authorise repairs, total loss settlement, liability, fraud, intervention and mitigation, saving cost and resources, whilst helping fleets to get their vehicles repaired or replaced faster and back on the road.

Who’d have thought it would be so popular?

It certainly generated a few funny looks on the train platform.

Much to my disbelief, it would seem that even at 52, a man can pull off a selfie and it not be frowned upon.

We learn something new every day.

Much like Agile Claim though, taking a selfie is so easy, it’s no wonder this platform is littered with them.

Although few capture the mood of the day quite like mine.

Reflecting on my first job in Insurance in the late 1980's, I remember the cumbersome and frustrating process of reporting a motor insurance claim. It began with a lengthy phone call, followed by filling out a multiple-page claims form, explaining the circumstances, complete with sketches of the accident scene and details of the vehicle damage.

Fast forward to 2025, and while the experience has improved, it still requires a time-consuming phone call to report a claim. Additionally, customers may still need to complete and sign a claims form, sometimes repeating information already provided during the call, and may also need to scan the form and return it by email.

However, there is a more efficient way to report a collision or make a motor insurance claim. One that allows customers or drivers to easily complete the process in minutes. A solution that helps accelerate the claims process, leading to quicker decisions while saving time, reducing costs, and optimising resources.

This will either be a shock, or something you can resonate with.

The average customer may not know who they are insured with.

“Err, I think it is called something like …compare. Yes, it is definitely them.”

I can assure you, it is not.
