Saying sorry for the delay
Sorry we lost it
But there is help available through the ombudsman.

Extortionate energy prices reducing the peoples spending power causing unemployment health issues

A little plan for a different approach to utilitys

A nominal yearly membership to cover renewable investment eg £20 each x28 million households would give 560 million in investment capital plus energy distribution at cost, No need for ofgem which will give another 30 million pound saving plus efficient customer service. The infra structure is all there it just needs to work for all and not the elite few
