Here’s the key info 👇

✔️ Maximum purchase price: £300,000
✔️ £0 arrangement fees
✔️ Available on houses that are NOT new builds
✔️ 5 year fixed rate at 5.89%
✔️ Deposit must come from your own savings
✔️ On joint applications, only ONE applicant needs to be a first time buyer
✔️ Available for both employed & self-employed applicants
