“I’m not sure I’ll be able to get a mortgage…”

That’s how my client came to me — very nervous about buying her parents’ house and, most importantly, with no cash deposit to put down.

There were a few hurdles to overcome…

🔹 No cash deposit available
🔹 Find a lender who would accept gifted equity from her parents as the deposit
🔹 Recent and historic defaults
🔹 CCJs on her credit file

Definitely not the most straightforward case!

But we looked at the whole picture, worked through the options and found a lender who was happy to consider her circumstances. 🙌🏼

And today… her mortgage offer came through — ALL ACCEPTED! 🎉🏡

I’m honestly over the moon for her. 🥹❤️

This is exactly why I love what I do.

Been a little quiet on here lately… and honestly, I’ve got the best excuse 😂

The kids have been off, we’ve been making the most of summer and then had the most amazing time in Greece 🇬🇷☀️🍹

So social media took a bit of a back seat while we actually enjoyed ourselves… imagine that 😂

But here we are… summer’s nearly done, the kids are heading back to school and I’m back to work tomorrow 😭

Time to get back to reality… although I’d quite happily stay in Greece permanently 😂🇬🇷

The joys of being able to work completely remotely and from wherever I like! 💻☀️

Today we’re off to Middlesbrough as Harry is playing for his York City team ⚽️💙

Laptop packed, work still needs doing and we’re good to go! 😂

One of the best things about being self-employed — being able to work around real life and still be there for the important things. ❤️

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately… 👀😂

The school holidays have well and truly taken over! Between keeping the kids entertained, trying to work when I can, and generally keeping all the plates spinning, my social media has definitely been pushed to the bottom of the pile! 🤣

But I’m still here, working away behind the scenes and looking after all my lovely clients. 🤍
