The Smart Box focus has been to make the whole system plug and play; this makes installation and setting up quick and easy. Engineers can setup up systems in minutes and non-technical users can quickly create their own monitoring solution. The control aspects are plug and play but require an understanding of the equipment you want to control. Other than that the Smart Box system is amazingly easy.
