Property Valuation:
A pretty accurate and immediate valuation for single let residential properties.

Anticipated Rent Income:
This is important when assessing rental return on your Investment Property. In addition to this, Buy To Let Lenders will calculate your maximum loan based on achievable Market Rent.

Rental Properties must fall within a range of A-E rating on Energy Performance. In addition, Buy To Let lenders won’t lend if the property falls outside of this.

An increasing problem in the UK when buying property. Its worthwhile checking the flood risk for your chosen property. Some lenders will require additional buildings insurance cover to be in place. In some cases, they won’t be prepared to lend at all.
