Day 8: Unconventional ways to parent when life feels challenging.

I am no parenting expert but these things have helped me remain grounded through challenging times preventing me to overspend, emotionally/mindless spend because rather than feeding the cycle, these practices break them.

1. Kitchen dancing with feel good music (currently Soca classics).

2. Playing music that brings back happy memories.

3. Walking in nature (tires out the kids too!).

4. Collectively do kids yoga, Cosmic Yoga on YouTube.

5. Co-regulate with hugs with your kids when they are leaning into how you're feeling.

What things do you do to help regulate when you can't escape from parenting duties

Day 7: Survivors guilt will block financial blessings quicker than lack of financial knowledge ever will.

's shared real life examples of how becoming more financial successful than the community she was brought up in had her in her feelings.

And I totally get it.

When you've come from humble beginnings, there is this a moral dilemma of becoming financially successful and secure... will mean that the trade off is losing alot of the life you had before and been seen as a sell out?

There are multiple truths and untruths to that, depending on the perspective you look at it.

Ultimately, this is, has been and always will be the goal - to do better than who came before us.

It's a normal response and managing everyone's reactions is not your business.

Have you ever experienced survivors guilt?

DAY 6: Female breadwinners make money but fall behind in building wealth.

The highly successful, high functioning women are led to believe that it's the strategy or lack of financial knowledge.

That does play a part.

But there is something way bigger at play which isn't talked about.

A woman who's used to being successful at life doesn't have a knowledge or discipline issue - she can Google and enrol on a course to bridge that gap.

The ultimate challenge is her identity.

The identity she has created up to this point has taken her so far and has reached her upper limit.

What she needs to shift now are parts of her identity that will provides the self-permission to upgrade from where she currently is at.

The way you are with money reflects alot about how we feel about ourselves.

Because with anything in life, when reaching a new level, there is a trade off.

What do you feel the biggest trade-off for you to own the identity of a wealthy woman?

DAY 5: Showing up even when you don't want to.

If you've only got 40% to gift, that's 100% of effort.

There's money fe mek!

I seen you 🙏🏽

Day 3, Part 1: Living life as nothing is permanent or forever.

You could argue that it means that someone who lives this way has one foot in and one foot out or an avoidant.

On the contrary, I've witnessed time and time again, it's the complete opposite.

You have to CHOOSE the life you decide to live on a daily basis. Not once, not sometimes, DAILY.

The moment you stop doing that, it's easy to take for granted that things will always be as they are or were.

- Mortality
- Health challenges
- Uncertain job markets
- People perspectives and beliefs changing
- Inevitable evolution of life and the world

Have all taught me that.

The world will change around you without even noticing if you expect to believe choosing and committing once is enough.

The really work begins then.

I'd love to get your take on this.

Day 2: Part 2 - Is it okay for things to be easy?

It's the desired end goal but if you're used to always having to work hard for things, when it becomes easy...

Do you know how to react?

How to manage it?

To be okay that you don't have to work so hard for rewards anymore?

Do you need to make it more complicated to feel worthy of it because you're used it being hard?

I'd love to know in the comments

DAY 2, Part 1:

I failed and they passed because the stakes felt too high to outgrow the identity that take me relatable and didn't take too much space.

Growing didn't feel safe so my mind and body sabotages my pursuit to "success."

It's interesting that this memory came up immediately after posting Day 1 of my yapping challenge when I spoke about overcomplicating things.

Have you ever experienced fearing your own success that it hinders your growth?

DAY 1:

I almost re-recorded this then realised I'm defeating the whole purpose of this challenge 😂

Let's see where this lands 🤷🏽‍♀️

Most successful women don't have a money problem.

They have an income that has outpaced the structure holding it.

The accounts exist. The savings exist. Some investments exist. But nothing connects.

Nothing runs without them and every year that continues, the gap between what they earn and what they own quietly compounds.

This carousel names 7 things that keep that gap open because "knowing" isn't the part that's been missing.

Which one hit hardest? Drop the number below.

The Thread That Connects All 7

None of these moves are about perfection.

They are about:

💜clarity over avoidance

💛structure over chaos

💜direction over drifting

💛leadership over hoping it works out

You’ve already proven you can create income.

The real evolution is learning how to hold, grow, and direct it in a way that feels calm, congruent, and powerful.

Here’s your gentle invitation:

👉🏽Pick one of these moves to focus on this week.

Maybe it’s finally calculating your net worth.

Maybe it’s assigning jobs to your accounts.

Maybe it’s having a braver conversation with your accountant or advisor.

Small shifts compound when you’re already a high-achiever.

You don’t need to do everything at once.

You just need to stop winging it.

I’m hosting a FREE 3-Day Challenge from the 2nd December, How to Create a High-Multiple 6-Figure Net Worth in 3 Years.

It’s for high-achieving women who make great money but want cleaner structure, clarity and direction with their wealth.
