All Venetian plaster is guaranteed against mould and is ECO friendly which is another reason this method is preferred over tiling. This is becoming a very popular finish and is growing fast and the reason for this is the finishes are endless and to such a high quality. Originating in Italy, the art of Venetian marble is centuries old, Venetian polished plastering is a wall and ceiling finish using thin layers of plaster applied with a spatula or trowel which are then burnished to create a smooth surface with the illusion of depth and texture. All products are imported directly from Italy and are of the highest quality – meaning that the finish is not only beautiful but functional.
