🥤 Stay safe in the sun by applying sun cream, drinking lots of water and avoiding strenuous activities and too much alcohol.

🧓🏿 🧒🏻 Take extra care of small children and check in on elderly relatives or neighbours to make sure they are keeping cool and well.

☀️🌡 Heat-Health Alert! The Met Office is once again predicting extreme heat this week. With temperatures in South Gloucestershire forecast to reach up to 31°C, it's essential to look out for others, especially older people, young children and babies and those with underlying health conditions. Close curtains on rooms that face the sun to keep indoor spaces cooler, and remember it may be cooler outdoors than indoors.
