STOP ✋🏻 letting your self doubt rule your life ❌

How many times do you say to yourself:

❌' I'm not good enough.'
❌'I'm not cut out for this.'
❌'Others are so much better than me.'
❌'I can't do it.'
❌'It will never work out.'

I KNOW you have that annoying little alien in your head telling you all these negative things. And I KNOW you believe everything it tells you. So, you get caught up in the cycle of:

Wanting to take action ⏩ negative self-talk creeps in ⏩ feel 💩 about yourself ⏩ give up and take no action

Sound familiar?! 🙋🏼 - I thought so!

Overcoming self-doubt isn't an overnight success (even though that would be amazing).

So, firstly accept that if you want to achieve those dreams but self-doubt is holding you back, dimming out the alien's voice will take time!

CHANGE THE WAY YOU TALK TO YOURSELF ⏩ Talk to yourself with confidence and love! What would you say to a friend if they were stuck in a pit of self-doubt? Tell yourself the same! Be your own best friend! Ultimately, our words are the creation of our reality SO keep them positive!

SUPPORTIVE AND KIND PEOPLE ⏩ As Forbes once said: 'you shape your tribe and your tribe shapes you'. The people you surround yourself with will ultimately fuel how YOU feel. Negative people who doubt you = you will doubt yourself. Positive people who support you and encourage you = you will feel confident in yourself.
