The customers wanted a new bathroom but were on a budget. This all came in for under £3000. They are over the moon with the results 🚿🛀 This was all achieved with them still being able to use the bathroom except for the shower.

Merry Christmas to all. Here are some photos of recent work we have undertaken at DD Property Maintenance. New shower installations, reboarding and skimming after water damage, external and internal decorating, garden tidy ups, fireplace opening, decking, tiling, aqua boards in shower enclosures, door hanging and pointing among just a few.
This year we have also built porches , repaired and reroofed properties, made ikea wardrobes look like they were built in, sorted damp issues, built flat packs and we have lost count of how many TV's we have put on walls.

Here are the results from one of our latest projects. A potential customer contacted me from Westfield road, Edgebaston, as they had been left high and dry after their bathroom fitter who couldn’t complete the job after removing the original bathroom. So, I rallied my troops and we got to work to remedy the situation.
As the walls were left in a very bad condition from the removal of the original tiles, we had to skim the whole room (except the ceiling ) central light removed and spots lights added. Door was rehung to open the other way, and light switch moved over so it didn’t end up behind the door. All the unsightly pipes boxed in and painted to colour match the tiles. We were very happy with the final product and the customers are over the moon with their new bathroom.

This would be a great addition to someone’s garden. Pallet bar. Will deliver and assemble locally to Birmingham. 20 mile radius. Final touches would be completed in situ. Price on enquiry.

Customers shower was leaking into the kitchen. All because of old/failing silicone. Removed all old silicone and applied new deep into the edges. No more leak.
Nice freshen up to a bedroom and blind installed to the window.

New, bespoke side gate. Made to measure . Floor levelled, ready for skirting and new carpet, and blind fitted. Architrave and door fitted.
dd property maintenance will do all the jobs you either can’t do or don’t want to do yourselves.

Opening up a fireplace. Lovely new feature. Fence panels and post replaced before the storm hits. Beautiful wooden floor brought back to life. Amazing decked area ready for the summer. Shower pod replaced and repiped without having to re-tile the bathroom
