One to watch...lots of talk about funding school trips and travel this morning on the news, the cost of coaches is ofetn crippling for schools meaning that frequency of educational school trips is reduced. This fun 'The Great British School Trip', although not currently open, is a great way to fund travel for school trips. KFC Youth Foundation works across the UK to provide safe spaces, to unlock talent, build life skills, provide mentoring or improve their chances to gain meaningful employment. Fund work that helps young people (11 to 25 years) to create firm foundations, by addressing their needs through early intervention. Open to most non profits with income under £300k pa. Grants £2,500. The target beneficiaries are those in a position of economic disadvantage, including at least one of these groups; care leavers, those experiencing homelessness, young carers, young parents, refugees, young people at risk of or with experience of the criminal justice system.
