DELIVERY: We offer FREE DELIVERY within five miles of NG9 on all orders over £20. Upon delivery, we will offer you the opportunity to check that you are happy with your purchase and deal with any issues you may have and offer refunds or part refunds in cash where appropriate.

Regrettably, due to time restraints and associated costs, we cannot provide delivery on orders below £20.

Alternatively, we can post items through the Royal Mail or a similar delivery service. Your order will need to be paid for prior to delivery and please check with us about the cost of postage and packaging. We will also allow you to use a courier service to collect items. At this point in time, we do not have a PayPal account so cannot offer this method of payment and are only able to accept payment by bank transfer.

RETURNS: If an item has been described inaccurately or isn’t fit for purpose and you wish to return it, you can do so for a FULL REFUND. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make suitable arrangements and return the item to us. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer a refund if a customer has changed their mind.
