Clothing and covers: Blankets and thermal blankets, Sleeping bags, Mattress pads for sleeping made of waterproof aluminum foil, Raincoats

Hygiene and cleaning products: Shower gels/ Soaps, Deodorants, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Combs, Underwear for women, men, children (new), Sanitary towels, Nappies, Diapers for adults, Toilet paper and paper towels, Towels, Bin bags, Disinfectants / disinfectant alcohol, Filter or disposable masks

Food: Water Food for quick preparation (instant), bars (including energy bars), dried fruit, nuts, canned food, pasta, cereals for quick preparation disposable or reusable kitchen tools: Plates, spoons, forks, knifes(silicone or plastic)

Other: Matches, Batteries, Powerbanks, Lighting, including flashlights, Candles

First aid kits Basic medical supplies (vitamins, painkillers, antipyretics, cough and cold remedies) - Medicines, only those bought without a prescription And they can be stored at temperatures up to 26°C. (Only within date)
