Today we mark Victory in Europe Day

On this day in 1945, Britain and its Allies celebrated the end of World War II. Streets filled with cheers, bunting was hung from windows, and people came together in relief and remembrance.

We remember the incredible courage and sacrifice of the men and women who served—on the front line, at home, and across the Commonwealth.

We’re delighted to share that Picture Partnership have kindly lent us their exclusive 2011 Royal Wedding Photo Album, packed with stunning photographs they took on the day inside Westminster Abbey. It’s a real treat for any royal fan!

Mental Health Awareness 2021

This year Mental Health Awareness Week runs from Monday 10th to Sunday 16th of May.
It’s important to be aware of something that affects everyone in their own way. This year’s theme is nature and the environment.
As humans, we are all deeply influenced by the environment we grow up and live in. Over the last year during the Covid-19 pandemic, millions of us have experienced mental health problems or have seen the people who matter most to us struggle.
The ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ are a set of pillars which are key to improving our mental health. By following these pillars this can be the start to feeling more positive and more alive.
The Five Ways to Wellbeing are:

• Connect
• Be Active
• Take Notice
• Keep Learning
• Give
