I hope you have all had a productive week.
Mine has. I have placed three new property owners, having found new markets with superior covers. The premiums were competitive although, in every case, that wasn't the driver. Service a d product were.
My colleague picked up a contractor case, again on service.

To all business who have a BT Redcare alarm
Axa has advised one of the UK’s leading alarm signalling systems, BT Redcare, will shut down August 2025 and thousands of customers will need find a suitable alternative.
There are a limited alternatives and customers should review with their insurance provider now rather than wait until the service closes.

This is one of my favourite jokes. I always think of it if a business owner tells me, “I am well insured. I don’t need your advice.”
REALLY?
