Stone Village Fete

Hi good people of Stone we have some beer left from the fete yesterday so have a free drink on us. Clive will open up the pavilion in the Stone Recreational Ground tonight (tuesday) at 7.30pm and come along and help finish the beer off so the barrels can go back to the brewery.

Also we have some burgers left over.
These have been kept refrigerated so come along and get a few for your freezer for your barbeques.

A small donation for the burgers would be appreciated but the beer is free.

🎪☀️ STONE VILLAGE FETE IS LIVE TODAY! ☀️🎪

We’re open today from 12pm to 4pm and can’t wait to see you!

🐶 Please note: the Dog Show has been cancelled due to the heat.

Because of this, we’ve reduced the arena space and created extra family space. You can now bring gazebos, sun shades, and picnic setups to relax and enjoy the day. Please make sure anything you bring is securely fastened so it stays safe in the wind.

🎪☀️ JUST HOURS TO GO UNTIL STONE VILLAGE FETE! ☀️🎪

The countdown is almost over and we are so excited to welcome everyone for what promises to be a BIG day full of fun, music, laughter and community spirit! 🎶🍰🎟️🔥

There’s something for everyone, with live entertainment, fantastic stalls, games, refreshments and plenty of family fun throughout the afternoon.

🌡️ Please remember it is going to be VERY HOT, so make sure you:

Please be advised that temperatures for the Stone Village Fete are now forecast to reach 32°C.

To help everyone stay safe and enjoy the day, please take extra care in the sun:

* 🧴 Apply and reapply high-factor sunscreen
* 🧢 Wear hats and light clothing where possible
* 👶 Keep a close eye on children and older visitors.

🐶 Dog Welfare Notice
The weather conditions are expected to be too hot for dogs. For this reason, the dog show has already been cancelled.

Please think carefully about your dog’s welfare and consider leaving them safely at home this year rather than bringing them to the fete.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation in helping keep both people and animals safe during the extreme heat.

🚨 URGENT BBQ VOLUNTEER NEEDED 🚨

We’ve had a last-minute dropout for the Stone Village Fete BBQ team and urgently need someone to step in today from ⏰ 12PM–3PM.
