👋 Meet Siamak – one of our experienced Project Managers

With over 15 years’ experience delivering residential, commercial, and healthcare projects across the Northwest, Sim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every build. Skilled in project planning, subcontractor management, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance, Sim ensures our sites run smoothly from start to finish.

📌 Day-to-day, Sim is responsible for:
• Overseeing and coordinating multiple subcontractors on site
• Monitoring programmes and progress to keep projects on track
• Carrying out quality control checks and ensuring compliance
• Managing day-to-day requirements and resolving issues on site

Interesting fact: Away from construction, Sim loves tennis, skiing in the winter, and hiking – keeping active both in and out of work brings energy and focus to every project.

We’re proud to have Siamak as part of the team.

This reel takes us back to Phase 2 of 10 at our Audley House development in Liverpool.

Fast forward to today, and we’re now in Phase 9 with progress moving at a fast pace.
The steelwork has been a major element of this build, and getting it right has been key to ensuring the structure and future success of the project.

Thank you to Eagle Structural for the role they’ve played on this job.

It’s exciting to see each stage come together as we move closer to the full transformation.
