What do you want from your insurance broker?

We conducted a survey with our clients asking what they want from LMR Insurance and the top 5 answers were;

2. I want a choice - we always give you options so you can choose the right policy for you

3. Explain things in plain English - we will talk you through your policy until you're satisfied with the answers

4. I want to deal with one person - you will have your own dedicated account handler

5. I don't want to chase you for my renewal - You will receive it 4wks prior to renewal date

Comparison websites offer excellent value if you are a very small business and just want to buy basic insurance cover quickly and cheaply online, without any advice. But for other businesses, it's more complicated. If you are responsible for arranging the insurance for your company, then you have a duty to ensure it's done correctly, which is almost impossible without the necessary insurance knowledge and expertise... that’s where we come in.
