After months in the preparation, Big Business North Wales has been and gone. A huge event with local and national businesses showcasing their brand, products and services at Venue Cymru, Llandudno.

This week I helped a client navigate the mortgage process, and what initially looked like a straightforward case quickly became much more complex.

A few missed payments from around two years ago might not seem like a big issue, but they can make a real difference.

It’s one of the things I enjoy most about being a mortgage and finance broker. No two cases are ever the same. Some are straightforward, others far more complex, but the real value of using a broker is not just sourcing a lender, it’s having your case presented correctly and being guided through the process from start to finish.
