We have made a double observation

The more the area is small, the higher the rent per square meter is.
The smaller the acquisition area is, the higher the sale price per square meter is.

So we propose to acquire larger lodgings and to install studios or one bedroom flats (with an area bigger than 15 square meters) all furnished and fully equipped, to enjoy the highest rental profitability.

From + 50% to 150% compared to the average price on the local rental market
