Vanuatu Citizenship by Investment Program Does Not Ban Russia

Two days following the release of a memorandum from Vanuatu's Citizenship Office that appeared to exclude Russian and Sudanese nationals from Vanuatu citizenship by investment (CBI) programs, the Citizenship Commission of Vanuatu has officially retracted this notice in its entirety.
