S-Pankki partners with Exquance Software to enhance cash flow modeling and reporting for property funds and mandates. 🤝

Exquance Software has partnered with S-Pankki, a large Finnish asset manager, to support the cash flow modeling and reporting of its real estate funds and mandates. S-Pankki manages over 150 commercial and residential properties, along with 33,000 hectares of forest and agricultural land in Finland, boasting a gross asset value (GAV) of approximately 2 billion euros.

S-Pankki is adopting the hashtag platform to build tailored cash flow models for their real estate portfolios — covering properties, companies, loans, joint ventures and fund investments. The platform will also serve as the foundation for producing financial, ESG, and budget reports across the organization.

As part of the onboarding project, ModelTree has been integrated with S-Pankki’s internal and external systems to receive monthly data updates from property management, accounting, budgeting, and ESG platforms. This ensures a consistent and up-to-date view of the portfolio and enhances the accuracy of forward-looking analysis.
