የኢትዮጵያ ፋይናንስ ፎረም 2025 - የግሉ ዘርፍ መድረክ የመጨረሳው የፓነል ውይይት የተመለከተው ዲጂታል ትራንስፎርሜሽን በኢትዮጵያ የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥን እንዴት እያሳደገ እንደሆነ ነው። የፓነል ተወያዮቹ ለአሠራር ቅልጥፍና፣ ለተደራሽነትና በመንግሥት አገልግሎቶች ላይ እምነትን ለማሳደግ ይጠቅማሉ ያሉዋቸውን ሀሳቦች አጋርተዋል። ለዚህ ደግሞ በሳል አመራር መስጠትእንደሚገባና ለፋይናንስ ተደራሽነትና ዘመናዊነት ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ መሠረተ ልማት መዘርጋት እንደሚስፈልግ አጽንኦት ሰጠተዋል።

ጉባኤው ቁልፍ በሆኑ ሴክተሮች ላይ ያሉ የብድር አቅርቦት ክፍተቶችን ለመሙላት የዲጂታል መሠረተ ልማትና የፈጠራ አከል ሥራዎች እምቅ አቅምን ማጎልበት እንደሚገባ ተመልክታል። በተጨማሪም የፋይናንስ አካታችነትን ማጠናከርና የብድር አቅርቦትን ይቻል ዘንድ ዲጂታል የፋይናንስ ሥርዓት ብሎም የመንግሥት-የግሉ ዘርፍ አጋርነትን ማጎልበት እንደሚጠበቅ ተወያዮቹ ጠቁመዋል። የውይይት መድረኩን የንግድና ቀጣናዊ ትስስር ሚኒስትር ዴኤታ ያስሚን ወሃብረቢ መርተዋል።

የመንግሥት ተቋማትን ማዘመንና የዲጂታል አሰራር እንዲከተሉ ማድረግ ውጤታማና ግልጽ የሆነ አገልግሎት ለመስጠት ያስችላቸዋል። በዚህ የውይይት ምዕራፍ ቀልጣፋ አገልግሎት ማግኘት የሚያስችሉ ፖርታሎች እና አሰራሮችን በማዘጋጀት እንደ የንግድ ፈቃድ እና የግብር አስተዳደር ያሉ አገልግሎቶችን መስጠት የሚቻልባቸውን አግባቦች ይመለከታሉ። እነዚህ ለውጦች ቢሮክራሲያዊ እንቅፋቶችን ለመቀነስ ብሎም ቴክኖሎጂን በመጠቀም ለሕዝብ ጥያቄ ምላሽ ለመስጠትና ተጠያቂነት ለማሳደግ ይጠቅማሉ። ይህም የኢንቨስተሮችን አመኔታ ለመጨመር ወሳኝ ጉዳይ ነው። ውይይቱ ከአገር-በቀል የኢኮኖሚ ማሻሻያ ጋር የተጣጣመ የተሻለ የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ እንዲኖር በሚቻልበት ሁኔታ ላይም ይመክራል።
