Summer 2026 over and out!

I’ve had a LOT of fun this summer, a lot of dancing, a lot of travelling, a LOT of working. It’s been a lot 😂 must learn that I cannot do EVERYTHING all of time without getting burnt out! (Welcome to the life of a fiery Saggi 😆)

Sometimes I think f**k it why shouldn’t I do everything I want to do, life is for living. And although this is true to an extent, the moments of nothing are actually really important. Equally so in fact. If you want to stay balanced and actually able to enjoy the things you want to do to the full.

So Thankyou Ibiza for teaching me over and over again what I need to do to stay balanced and connected to my centre, nature, dancing (lots of it), staying sober, being of service in my work, my spiritual practices, a support system of beautiful people and little gratitude prayers to es Vedra whenever possible.

Gracias, Gracias, Gracias 🙏🏻

Yoga Escapes Mykonos Retreat ✨

Another wonderful week, meeting lovely new people, perfect balance between wellness and fun!

I’m making a flying visit back to London, and I’m really looking forward to this hosting this Yoga for Dancers workshop with Dancers Inc. theoutreach105 whilst im back.

It’s free to join for members of the Circle community and if you’re not already a member the doors are open until 1st October so now is the time to join because after that they’ll be closed until January!

Not only is this community such a lifeline for Dancers at which ever stage they’re at in their career, but also the yoga and well-being practices that I share on the circle and that I will share in this in person workshop were lifelines for me as a professional dancer, which is why I’m so passionate about sharing them.

If you can find something that keeps you calm, grounded, and centred throughout what can be a rollercoaster ride in this industry then you’re set for a long and happy career.

See you there, bring a mat! ❤️🙏🏻✨

One week of x .london down, one to go!

A dream to teach yoga in such a beautiful place, with the loveliest of staff, and with my mate as my plus 1 ✨

We’ve laughed, snuggled with and nearly killed the resident cat (she’s alive don’t worry ), napped, overdone it at the buffet, played cards, lost our s**t at the hotel disco, watched the most beautiful sunsets and generally had a lovely old time.

Very grateful for these moments and experiences I am gifted in my life.

About a month ago I said a little prayer to Es Vedra (as I do) and I asked the universe for more fun in my life because everything was feeling a bit serious and overwhelming. And when you ask for what you want and be open to receive it, the universe works very quickly.

I didn’t just ask for what I wanted , I said Thankyou and felt grateful everyday for having it. And I have to say this month has been one of the funnest months I have had in a very very long time.

When I look through these pictures it looks like what used to be a holiday album for me, but this is actually my life right now and for that I am so so thankful and everyone who’s in it.

Get clear on what you want, ask for it, feel and believe you already have it and then let go of how or when it may come to you. Because trust me, it may come in a way or a moment you could never plan.

Story time:

When I was in dancing school and college, every time I had to get up and sing in front of people, my lip used to shake, my throat used to close up and I used to feel so incredibly nervous and no amount of singing lessons seemed to shake it.

I knew I had a nice voice (defo not a west end lead that’s for sure) and I knew I loved singing so much. I used to spend hours in my bedroom listening to my favourite pop singers and then recording myself singing with them 😂 it really was my happy place along with dancing.

But as soon as it became a ‘performance’ I couldn’t do it. I remember at 19 years old my college singing teacher told me ‘to get over my cheap self’ because I cried when I had to get up in front of my class to sing! Welcome to MT college guys 😂

So I decided to hide my voice away unless I was in the car on my own or incredibly drunk on karaoke (mic hog).

I am now trying to reconnect with my voice in a more authentic way and I’ve known I wanted to combine it with sound healing for a long time and have finally made it happen this year. And removing the performance element has allowed me to see singing and the voice as a healing tool rather than something that needs to be judged and that is really liberating.

Here’s to doing the things we love and that bring us joy without having to be perfect 🙏🏻
