ℹ️ In Spain to be able to drive a motorbike you must have the correct driving licence:

➡️AM licence you can drive a 50cc moped🛵
➡️A1 licence you can drive a moped or lightweight motorbike up to 125cc🛵
➡️A2 licence you can drive any motorbike providing the output does not exceed 35kw (46.6bhp) 🏍🛵
➡️ A licence you can drive any motorbike 🏍🛵

ℹ️ Also in Spain according to Article 5.7 of the reglamento general de conductores if you have held a B licence for more than 3 years you are able to drive a moped or lightweight motorbike up to 125cc🛵

🏘 Are you a property owner in Spain with a mortgage? 🔑
🏦 The bank will normally insist that you contract a home insurance and a life insurance when providing you with a mortgage, with the bank named as the beneficiary.
❗️By law the banks can no longer make you take their insurance as a condition of accepting you for a mortgage. However they do now offer you discounts on bank charges and rates if you contract one of their insurance products.
💶 Although we can completely understand the appeal of these discounts we always suggest that you weigh up the pros and cons of the "savings".

Here are a few things to look out for on your policies to ensure:

3️⃣ The capital on the life insurance actually covers the mortgage loan, especially if it you are a joint owner, you don't want only half the mortgage paid off if the worst should happen.

ℹ️But what happens if you want to cancel your policy? You can send us your signed written notice of cancellation & identity document to us 📧 [email protected] at least one month before the renewal date.
