Developing our services, getting our stuff well prepared and having good knowledge of maritime market, Sphinx was able to cover all kinds of ship services in Suez Canal area (transit, port operation, supplies, crew changes, parcels handing / forwarding, bunkering, etc.). We also have good relations with Suez Canal authorities, the sole national governing body that controls all aspects of transit through its 92 unique problems and regulations. Applying this policy, Sphinx shipping agency services succeeded to attract many important clients all over the world especially after the liberalization and privatization of shipping agencies activities on Egypt in 1998 which paved the way for our company to grow stronger and improve our services . · الفريق مميش :حزمة من الحوافز التسويقية لزيادة حركة السفن وجذب الخطوط الملاحية العالمية لشرق بورسعيد

أصدر الفريق مهاب مميش رئيس هيئة قناة السويس ورئيس المنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس قرار رقم 121 لسنة 2018 بتخفيض رسوم الميناء والرسو والإرشاد المقررة بالقانون رقم 24 لسنة 1983 لسفن الحاويات أو العبَّارات القادمة من الموانئ الأجنبية إلى ميناء شرق بورسعيد التابع لموانئ المنطقة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس والتي تتداول حاويات ترانزيت شحن /تفريغ والتي تزيد عدددها عن 50 حاوية بنسبة تخفيض (0.03 مضروبة في عدد الحاويات)وبحد أقصى بنسبة 60 %.

وحول هذا القرار قال الفريق مهاب مميش إن هذا القرار جاء من منطلق الحرص على المصلحة العليا للدولة المصرية ولتنشيط حركة السفن وأعمال تداول حاويات الترانزيت بميناء شرق بورسعيد والذي تم بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية على رأسها وزارة النقل لجذب الخطوط الملاحية العالمية وأجيال السفن المختلفة وغير المترددة على ميناء شرق بورسعيد .

وأشار الفريق مميش أنه في حالة عدم تحقيق حجم التداول المذكور في القرار تمنح السفن ذات الحمولة GRT من 30 إلى 80 الف طن نسبة خصم 30% على رسوم الرسو والميناء والإرشاد كما تمنح السفن ذات الحمولة GRT من 90 ألف طن إلى ما فوق نسبة خصم 40% على رسوم الرسو والميناء والإرشاد .

وأضاف رئيس الهيئة الاقتصادية لقناة السويس إلى أنه سيتم منح تخفيضات للسفن ذات حمولة أقل من 80 الف طن بنسبة 30 % ،وللسفن ذات الحمولة أعلى من 80 ألف طن بنسبة 40 % على ذات الرسوم .

وأكد الفريق مميش على أن هذا القرار من شأنه منح تخفيضات متناسبة مع حجم التداول بموانئ الترانزيت التابعة للمنطقة الاقتصادية لرفع أدائها ولتنافس مثيلاتها إقليمياً وعالمياً ،لافتا إلى أن مثل هذا القرار من شأنه استعادة الخطوط الملاحية العالمية لميناء شرق بورسعيد ،ومن ثم زيادة معدل التداول للسفن في الميناء مما يزيد من عوائد التشغيل ،كما يساهم القرار في زيادة معدل حاويات الترانزيت المتداولة ،ودفع وتشجيع المستثمرين لإقامة أنشطة صناعية بالمناطق اللوجستية بموانئ المنطقة .

من جهة أخرى نوه الفريق مميش انه تم الأخذ في الاعتبار مطالب الغرف والتوكيلات الملاحية والاعتبارات التي وضعها مسئولي الخطوط الملاحية العالمية في مصر ،مشيراً إلى تعاون الهيئة الاقتصادية مع جميع الجهات المشتركة في هذا الأمر.
