The Role of Technology in Real Estate During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Covid-19 has changed the way Corporates and Customers use technology, there are much less face to face meetings and visits to the sites. Customers are spending more time at home and much more time on social media than ever. The National Telecom Regulatory Authority, NTRA, published a report on the 3rd week of April showed an increase of data usage of 131% in web browsing, 151% in Facebook, 59% in Instagram and 41% in YouTube. This means that marketing campaigns and reach to prospects and customers must change to cope with changes on this new daily routine. A good portion of the company / client relation is shifting to the online and social media worlds and we expect this trend to continue after the Covid-19.
