Now Hiring: Primary Care Physician
Medicare, the first HMO in the Middle East, seeks a Primary Care Physician to serve as gatekeeper for patient care within our integrated healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
● Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as needed.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
● Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
● Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
● Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary for further evaluation or treatment.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
● Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
● Collaborate with administrative and medical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
● Stay current with advancements in primary care medicine and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
● 1-3 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician, General Practitioner, or in a similar clinical role.
● Valid medical license to practice in Egypt.
● Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
● Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
● Proficiency in using electronic medical records and healthcare management systems.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
