The mall is next to Adly Mansour station which won the best transfer station in the world for 2022 according to the global magazine “ENR” for containing subway, LRT electric train station, BRT electric bus station, diesel train station, super jet station and the biggest train maintenance workshop in Middle East. The project will be finished in the first half of 2023 provided with the best and modern technologies in Egypt and Africa.

مول عدلي منصور هو مشروعنا الجديد لعام 2022. تم بناء المول على مساحة ضخمة 23.235 متر متكون من 3 ادوار مع 115 وحدة تجارية للإيجار و 589 وحدة وقوف السيارات. يقع المركز التجاري بجوار محطة عدلي منصور الحائزة على جائزة أفضل محطة تحويل في العالم لعام 2022 وفقًا للمجلة العالمية “ENR” لاحتوائها على مترو الأنفاق ومحطة القطار الكهربائي LRT ومحطة الحافلات الكهربائية BRT ومحطة قطار الديزل ومحطة السوبر جيت وأكبر ورشة صيانة قطارات في الشرق الأوسط. سيتم الانتهاء من المشروع في النصف الأول من عام 2023 مزودًا بأفضل التقنيات الحديثة في مصر وأفريقيا.
