🟡 During his recent visit to , we had the opportunity to ask Marek Gajowniczek, Head of DTC Łódź, Poland, a few questions as part of our „The Voice of...” series. Take a closer look at his journey, what inspires him, and how he sees the future of our DTC community.
🎤 „ I joined CERI International, a company within the Commerzbank Group, in 2016 as a member of the Management Board. My initial task was to build an IT support center in Poland for Commerzbank. After one and a half years, we - then known as the CERI ITech Center - were transferred from CERI International to Commerz Systems, and in 2018 we were incorporated into Commerzbank. My journey has therefore been very direct: from Member of the Management Board at CERI International, to Head of the Commerz Systems branch in Poland, and now Head of DTC Łódź.
What inspires me most is working with people to build a sustainable organization that delivers valuable results for our customers.
