NO CONTACT RULE...
Most difficult but most necessary!
It's not easy, especially when you still love that person.
Because it's not just that person you're cutting, as well as the one you're used to with him.That's when you suddenly want to message when you want to tell something.
That urge to check how he was already being.That hope that he might one day suddenly return.
Because the truth is, sometimes we can't move on not because we still love them, but because they are still there around us and provide little attention enough for us to rely on again.
So sometimes you have to choose no contact.Not for punishing them.
Not for chasing.
Kundi for protecting yourself.
Because if someone clearly no longer sees your value, you have to do what you did not do then, cut off their access to you.
Not because you don't care anymore.
Kundi because finally, you're already caring about yourself.
And even though it's painful in the beginning, sometimes it's the first step for you to completely get away with the person who never saw your true value.
