Ετήσια Εκλογική Γενική Συνέλευση του Συνδέσμου Ηλεκτρονικού Χρήματοςκαι Ιδρυμάτων Πληρωμών Acempi - Association of Cyprus Electronic Money & Payment Institutions

Ο Σύνδεσμος Ηλεκτρονικού Χρήματος και Ιδρυμάτων Πληρωμών (ACEMPI), που ανήκειστη δύναμη του Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry ΚΕΒΕ, πραγματοποίησε με επιτυχία την Ετήσια Εκλογική Γενική Συνέλευσή του τη Δευτέρα, 24 Νοεμβρίου 2025, στα γραφεία του ΚΕΒΕ στη Λευκωσία,παρουσία του Γενικού Γραμματέα του ΚΕΒΕ, κ. Φιλόκυπρου Ρουσουνίδη. Κατά την ομιλία του, ο Πρόεδρος του Συνδέσμου, κ. Ιωάννης Γεωργούλας, αναφέρθηκεστις σημαντικές πρωτοβουλίες του 2025, οι οποίες ενίσχυσαν τη θέση του ACEMPI στο οικοσύστημα των χρηματοοικονομικών υπηρεσιών. Τόνισε τη διαρκή συνεργασία με τις ρυθμιστικές αρχές, την παροχή τεκμηριωμένων εισηγήσεων στο πλαίσιο νέων οδηγιών,την υποστήριξη της καινοτομίας, καθώς και τη συμμετοχή του Συνδέσμου σε ευρωπαϊκούςθεσμικούς φορείς και διαδικασίες χάραξης πολιτικής. Παράλληλα, αναφέρθηκε στην ανάπτυξη του κλάδου, την αύξηση της συμμετοχής τωνμελών και τη στρατηγική προώθησης της Κύπρου ως περιφερειακού κέντρου ψηφιακώνπληρωμών. Στο πλαίσιο της Συνέλευσης πραγματοποιήθηκαν οι αρχαιρεσίες για την ανάδειξη νέουΔιοικητικού Συμβουλίου για την περίοδο 2026-2029, το οποίο διαμορφώθηκε ως εξής:

Κλείνοντας, ο Πρόεδρος υπογράμμισε ότι ο ACEMPI θα συνεχίσει να λειτουργεί ως υπεύθυνος, συλλογικός και θεσμικός εκφραστής του κλάδου, επενδύοντας σε διαφάνεια,εκπαίδευση, καινοτομία και εποικοδομητική συνεργασία με όλους τους εμπλεκόμενουςφορείς, με απώτερο στόχο τη διαμόρφωση ενός ασφαλούς, ανταγωνιστικού καισύγχρονου περιβάλλοντος ψηφιακών πληρωμών στην Κύπρο.
