This is what she had to say on the topic of mental wellness:
"There is not just one single definition for mental wellness, but there are different meanings. However, for me it means having a balance between our emotions, cognitive, behavior and essence. It means knowing ourselves, listening to ourselves and giving ourselves that which is necessary for us, in order to have the capacity to build a functional life according to our standards.
Furthermore, a healthy mind is related to the body, food, economy and the atmosphere among other areas of our life. It is how we relate to ourselves and the world in general."
