I see it on Reddit all the time. People crying out for help, because they’ve lost their sense of wonder.

Somewhere along the way they stopped looking at life with curiosity.

They became numb to the beauty of simplicity and started living on autopilot.

Wake up.
Scroll.
Work.
Netflix.
Repeat.

Rewilding is the process of coming back to what makes you feel alive again.

Remembering how to slow down enough to make out shapes in the clouds, hear the sound of the ocean, feel the breeze on your skin.

When was the last time you reconnected with your body, your intuition, your joy?

I promise you, this sensitivity isn’t lost. It’s just lying dormant until you tell it that it’s safe to feel.

Your sense of wonder isn’t gone.
It’s just buried underneath stress, conditioning, and survival mode.

Do you wonder what it would take to feel alive again? Comment ALIVE below to find out.

How often do we expect other people to meet our needs, rather than asking for them ourselves?

This airport interaction raised an interesting question for me.

When common courtesy isn’t given, what’s the appropriate response?

I think many of life’s conflicts come from unspoken expectations.

We assume others should know what we want and we feel hurt when they don’t.

Clear communication can prevent a lot of unnecessary tension.

At the same time, small acts of awareness and consideration can go a long way.

So what do you think?

Watch the reel and weigh in.

I’d love to hear your perspective in the comments.

Some of the most meaningful connections in life occur without words.

I attended my first retreat in Spanish, and though I didn’t understand every word, I felt deeply connected to the people around me.

So much was said in the tears, movement, hugs, and moments of deep eye gazing.

These are the universal languages of the human experience.

When we slow down and become fully present, we remember that beneath our stories, cultures, and languages, we’re all longing for the same things: love, understanding, and connection.

Have you ever felt deeply connected to someone without speaking a word?

Before the world told you who you should be, you already had a sense of what lit you up.

Maybe you dreamed of exploring the world, creating art, helping people, or inventing something important.

Those childhood dreams weren’t random.
They were clues.

Clues to your natural gifts, your deepest desires, and the parts of you that existed before conditioning, expectations, and fear took over.

Rewilding is the process of remembering who you were before you learned to perform for approval.

When you reconnect with what genuinely inspired you as a child, you begin to uncover the life you were always meant to live.

So I’ll ask you:
What did you dream of when you were a child?
And what would happen if you gave yourself permission to pursue it now?

If the world feels like a dark place, it’s time to get out and spread some cheer.

After long stints abroad, one thing always stands out when I return to the U.S. Americans are so friendly!

Despite the wars, political division, and stress of daily life, most people are inherently kind. They’ll greet you in the airport, strike up a conversation in line, and offer a hand when you need it.

And it’s not just Americans! I’ve found this to be true all over the world.

If you’re feeling discouraged by the state of the world, step outside.

Take a walk.
Smile at your neighbors.
Ask someone how they’re doing.

Joy is a magnet for joy and when you spread it, you’ll find it amplifies.

Where do you feel the most like yourself?

Where, or with whom, do you feel like you don’t need to pretend or impress or watch every step?

Wherever you can truly be you, that is your wild.

However big or small this part of your life is, if it exists, that means it can grow and spread.

So if you’re eager to rewild–take control of your life and embrace your truest self, start there. Lean in to what you know best, the places where you feel most alive and most free.

And then harness that confidence and self-assurance and take it into other areas of your life.

You are the f’ing cheetah. You are the wolf that howls and runs free. And whomever told you otherwise or tried to put you in a cage was simply afraid of your potential and how it might revolutionize the world.

Every day I hear the news and I want to scream, cry, and make someone pay. It’s hard for me to understand how some people can have such different views of what is right and just.

Knowing that not everyone shares my world view makes me frustrated and scared. It makes me want to fight. To argue. To tear down the systems that oppress.

But hatred doesn’t end hatred.
It multiplies it.

So as hard as it may be at times to bite my tongue and hold back my fury, I know the true answer lies in healing my own wounds.

When you work through your trauma,
when you soften your reactivity,
when you stop projecting pain onto others…

you stop feeding the very forces you’re trying to fight.

And from that place, something powerful happens:
you become someone who can hold, guide, and even transform the people you once saw as “the enemy.”

This is the work.
This is the medicine.
For all of us.

The only way to spread more love in the world is to love as much as we each can. Because love is contagious.

If you agree, comment LOVE below as your commitment to choose love, even in the moments when it feels impossible.

How many people hear “clothing optional” and immediately make it mean something it’s not?

When I host a clothing optional event, I don’t do it to be provocative.
These events are about stripping away the patterns you didn’t choose.

How old were you when you first learned your body wasn’t enough?
When did you start comparing yourself to others?
And who told you to dress a certain way?

When the layers come off, people shed more than their clothes.
Walls disappear.
Insecurities melt away.
People stop performing and simply exist.

Deep connections are formed.
With yourself first. Then with others.

What would change if you allowed yourself to be truly seen?

Two years ago, when I turned 35, I had an existential crisis.

I started comparing where I was to where I thought I would be at my age. I realized my life looked nothing like I had expected.

I fought back this panic that told me I was running out of time.

As uncomfortable as this was, it forced me to examine my life and make some major changes.

✨I really evaluated what was important.
✨I decided to dream big and stop holding back.
✨I cut out anything that didn’t lead to joy and purpose.
✨I stopped waiting for tomorrow to take action.

I now am all in on creating the life of my dreams.
And I can help you to create yours.

Comment CLARITY below to learn how.

Many people reject the idea of polarity because they get caught up trying to map “masculine” and “feminine” traits to their gender identity, and it just doesn’t feel like it fits.

That’s not how it works.

When we replace Feminine and Masculine with Yin and Yang, it becomes easier to understand these two complementary energies and their balance within you.

Flow and structure.
Softness and direction.
Creation and action.

You’re not meant to pick a side.
You’re meant to understand your natural balance.

And when it comes to relationships, real chemistry tends to show up when someone complements that balance rather than mirrors it.

If you drop the labels for a moment, it becomes a lot easier to see yourself clearly.

Curious where you land on this.
Do you feel more Yin or Yang? And how does that show up in your relationships?

Most people are stuck in one of two places:
replaying what already happened…
or bracing for what might go wrong next.

And while your mind is busy there,
your life is happening somewhere else.

Peace comes in loosening your grip on what you can’t control—
the past that’s gone and the future that isn’t yet here.

If you’re feeling anxious or stuck, start here.
